Motherhood and its exhausting challenges: Motherhood is amazing, sweet and something so hard at the same time. Some days you lose your patience more and feel the guilt then there’s some days, it feels much easier and you feel content. Whether you’re a mum or a dad or you are someone looking after a child struggling, trust me I know how hard it can be sometimes. Take it easy on yourself and rest when you’re able to. If guilt is constantly consuming you then try to take a step back and evaluate how you can improve, how you can stop yourself from snapping again. Maybe you need to wake up that 15 minutes earlier in the morning to make it in time for that appointment (as we know children are spontaneous and things pop up for them or they are just not listening) or maybe you need to find some time to do some things you enjoy. Whatever the case is, if you’re a Muslim reading this know that Allaah sees all your efforts; make dua to Him sincerely for Him to aid you to be a good mother/parent. The times you answer to countless requests by your children, intend this for the sake of Allaah. In your heart remind yourself I am doing this for the sake of You oh Allaah. Do not forget the high rank of parents in Islam especially of our precious mothers. May Allaah grant us all the patience to be good mothers and fathers Aameen ❤️Al-Ahqaf 46:15 وَوَصَّيۡنَا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ بِوَٰلِدَيۡهِ إِحۡسَٰنًاۖ حَمَلَتۡهُ أُمُّهُۥ كُرۡهࣰا وَوَضَعَتۡهُ كُرۡهࣰاۖ وَحَمۡلُهُۥ وَفِصَٰلُهُۥ ثَلَٰثُونَ شَهۡرًاۚ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا بَلَغَ أَشُدَّهُۥ وَبَلَغَ أَرۡبَعِينَ سَنَةࣰ قَالَ رَبِّ أَوۡزِعۡنِيٓ أَنۡ أَشۡكُرَ نِعۡمَتَكَ ٱلَّتِيٓ أَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَىٰ وَٰلِدَيَّ وَأَنۡ أَعۡمَلَ صَٰلِحࣰا تَرۡضَىٰهُ وَأَصۡلِحۡ لِي فِي ذُرِّيَّتِيٓۖ إِنِّي تُبۡتُ إِلَيۡكَ وَإِنِّي مِنَ ٱلۡمُسۡلِمِينَ.
