Tbh as I read this question I thought of this quote by Ibn Taymiyyah: “Every love will one day hurt you except the love of Allaah”. I haven’t thought of this quote in a long time but as I remembered it, I thought of how profound this quote is. It reminded me that this is something you should retain and live by. It reminded me that you shouldn’t get too attatched to anyone in this world and yes everyone will dissappoint you one way or another except Allaah. So prioritise Allaah and run to Allaah during times of hardship🩷
